 The story of Rebecca is told by a woman whose name we never know. She dead. When the narrator marries Maxim de Winter, she becomes, of course, Mrs de Winter. But the narrator always thought what kind person Rebecca was. Maxim did not tell she about Rebecca anything. After the Ball, Maxim told she everything, and Maxim shot Rebecca. The narrator knew everything about Rebecca, and knew what kind person she was. Many people went to Dr. Brake's home and knew Rebecca had a cancel. Narrator and Maxim went home, but the Manderley was on fire.
